Class Kit
To enhance the exercises in class, I use small props.
They help to either support or challenge you in your movement and can add a brilliant element of proprioception to help you feel things better in your body.
Pilates Mat
Please note Pilates mats are thicker than yoga mats and nicer on the spine and hip bones, choose what works for you. I have some available to use if needed.
Long Band (medium resistance)
I have these available to buy, ask me in class.
Pilates Ball (7" size)
Available to buy at Pilates Mad and other suppliers.
Massage Balls (pair of two, 9/10cm)
Available to buy at Physical Company & Anatomy Trains UK.
We use these for feet and self massage techniques during movement.

I am completely fine with you being barefoot on my home reformer, In fact I advocate for it for sensory feedback. I clean the machine between clients.
However, if you're more comfortable in socks, they need to have some grip.
