These small group classes are great for community and belonging.
Regular practice will get you moving well, moving with ease and moving together.
My classes are calm but focused allowing you to be present with your body while targeting your core strength and overall flexibility and dynamic strength.
There are always modifications for where you're at because each day is different for you and your body. I take you as you are even if you've been with me for years.
All classes are suitable for beginners but we're constantly moving forward. It can be truly beneficial to have an initial private session with me so we can go through posture awareness and introduce you to the foundations from which to grow.

I like to keep class sizes small so I can give personal attention and adapt the exercises to the needs of the group.

Covid Guidelines - Please Bring Your Own:
Pilates Mat or a towel to cover the ones available. Please note pilates mats are thicker than yoga mats and nicer on the spine and hip bones, choose what works for you.
Useful to have:
Small towel or head cushion (for neck alignment lying)
You can make your own quick-grab Pilates bag with all your class kit.
I do have mats & bands available if you forget yours and I'll provide antibacterial wipes/spray for cleaning
