These small group classes are great for community and belonging.

Regular practice will get you moving well, moving with ease and moving together.

My classes are calm but focused allowing you to be present with your body while targeting your core strength and overall flexibility and strength.

All classes are suitable for beginners but we're constantly moving forward. There are always modifications for where you're at because each day is different for you, and your body. I take you as you are even if you've been with me for years.

Class Size:

Maximum of 12 people (for Covid guidelines this is now reduced to 6).

I like to keep class sizes small so I can give personal attention and adapt the exercises to the needs of the group.


Standard rate:

Drop-in rate £12 

6 Week block £66 (Save £6)

12 Week block £120 (Save £24)

Pilates Mat or a towel to cover the ones available. Please note pilates mats are thicker than yoga mats and nicer on the spine and hip bones, choose what works for you..
