Tuesday 1-2pm - Intermediate (Book through Body Control Pilates, there's a £10 drop in available)
Tuesday 6.30-7.30pm - Mixed Level (Inform Pilates)**
Wednesday 9.15-10.15am - Beginners/Improvers (Inform Pilates)**
Friday 9.30-10.30am - Mixed Level (Book through Studio One)
Saturday 10-10.55am - Intermediate (Book through Ankor Pilates)
Maximum of 10 people.
I keep class sizes small so I can see and correct each person and make changes for the needs of the group.

What You Need
Pilates Mat (or thick carpet or rug).
Space to Move (if you can do 'snow angels' lying on your mat, you're good to go).
Head Cushion (some people may need support under their head slightly. You can use a folded towel or cushion).
Good to have
Small Pilates Ball (a folded towel or cushion in a good alternative).
Band (medium strength)
You need a good internet connection for the best experience.
Put your screen where I can see a full side view of your mat.
Good lighting - You want to be lit fro the front not the back.
