What You'll Need:
A clear space (to reach arms overhead to the sides and legs out in lying).
A mat (or plush carpet is fine too).
A folded towel or cushion (handy in case you need extra support).
A good internet connection.
Position your screen facing the long edge of your mat with a full view of your body.
Get that good light by facing towards a window with your camera away from the window.
